Hi, I just wanted to say that I love my new ring. I can definitely tell the difference in quality and workmanship. The ladies at Ace Jewellery I met on Saturday when I came to buy the ring were lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Such a contrast in experience from the nightmare I had with the other High street jeweller.

Hi I would like people to know how efficient and caring this company is. I am in hospital and my chain broke so the ward housekeeper took the chain in to be mended for me as it is really sentimental to me. Edward told her how much it would be and collect in 7 days. She explained she better not leave it in case I get home before. He said if you can be so kind to do this for this lady the least I can do is mend it, which he did there and then. I cannot thank this firm enough for doing this for me I really appreciate their kindness.

Last year I had two of my mum’s gold rings made into two beautiful heart pendants. Ace took time to explain what they could do and they sketched out the design so that we could see what they hearts would be like. I was thrilled with the end result.

What can I say about Ace Jewellers? From the minute I walked into the showroom the service I received was excellent. I had a vague idea about what I wanted and Edward took time to talk to me about the various options I could have. There was never any pressure to buy, and he just wanted me to be happy with my ring – which I was. Everyone who has seen it is very impressed.
